    Hello,

I was browsing my store yesterday on my Blackberry Storm at an event where someone wanted to know the price of a Sigg Water bottle.   I looked it up on my BB in my store and the price was $29.50.  I about fell out of my chair as I knew that wasn't right, but I figured it's possible that CP changed the base prices to really endear themselves to the SK during the holidays.  When I got home, I checked on my laptop, home computer on both Firefox & IE and the price was $25.99 (It's for a charity, so they don't want to markup to much)

I checked again on my BB today at this address:  http://www.cafepress.com/familyfanclub/6904033 on both my home computer and BB and I find the same problem on ALL of my products in this section.  All of the products in this section on my BB reflect CP MP prices, while the prices on my home computer reflect MY prices (base + commission).

Has anyone seen this?  This makes me incredibly angry for obvious reasons.  Someone that is shopping in MY store via MY URL, looking at MY products in MY store....and somehow CP is showing MP prices?  I followed one of these products to the cart, still reflecting MP price.  How many of my (or your) shop sales are being poached by whatever this error/glitch is?  I looked at other sections, seems to be no problem/issue, but that's a limited test.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?  Will call CP tomorrow, but my experience with SK customer service doesn't give me a lot of hope, plus it's difficult to replicate.

Does anyone have BB or other smartphone they can look at my store and the prices vs. what they see on computer?  I have screen captures from my BB that I can share.

    Thanks,
    Paul

    I just checked:

    Blackberry/Laptop
    White T-shirt $21.50/$18.99
    Women's T-Shirt $21.50/$18.99
    Value T-Shirt $11.50/$9.99

Etc..... Etc.... Etc.... I scrolled down pretty far and I see the same thing in that section.... all of the products on my BB that I looked at are higher priced on the BB than on my laptop.... which is not fair to the customer....

And it begs to question... if a sale is made to someone directly from that section of your shop on their blackberry, is CP going to glitch it out and count it as a MP sale?

I checked another section (My Mommy Runs Marathons) and don't see that happening....

Ok, called CP and the explanation is that Blackberry, HQ in Canada, is displaying Canadian dollars.  When I change my currency in CP the prices match what I'm seeing on my Blackberry.  The funny thing is that not all my pages on my Blackberry display the prices in Canadian dollars.  Weird, but a problem they apparently know about and are trying to fix.

Kaycee, thanks for validating on your BB.

YW.... weird.... that's one thing that sure needs to be fixed.... nothing will tick a customer off quicker than mis-matched prices... Bonk
