1. HOW TO ENTER: This Contest begins at 12:01 AM CDT on March 30, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM CDT on April 5, 2008. To participate in the Contest, you must first visit www.podforyou.com and register for free at the forums (if you do not have an account already). You must use a valid email address.

To enter the Contest, make a comment on the Official Contest Entry (CafePress Premium Shop) thread.

2. WINNER SELECTION: Every comment on the Official Contest Entry (CafePress Premium Shop) thread has a Reply #. A random number generator will be used to choose a number based upon the total number of replies in the Official Contest Entry (CafePress Premium Shop) thread. The author of the comment that falls on that number will be declared the winner. Winning comment must be a valid entry. A valid entry is the first comment made per author on the Official Contest Entry (CafePress Premium Shop) thread. Only one valid entry per person will be accepted. Any subsequent comments made on the Official thread or any comments made on other threads or articles at POD For You will be considered nul and void.

In the event that the random number chosen is not the author’s first post on the official thread or the author does not meet eligibility requirements, another random number will be chosen. The process will be repeated until a valid entry is declared the winner.

Only comments made during the period between 12:01 AM CDT on March 30, 2008 and 11:59 PM PST on April 5, 2008 are valid entries. Winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules.

3. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning this Promotion depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

4. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: You must be a legal U.S. resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and any other territory or possession are excluded from entry and participation). Void in Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, Vermont, and where prohibited by law. You must also be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state of residence, if such age of majority is greater than 18, as of March 30, 2008. Employees of Kayecee, LLC or any sponsors of the Contest, their respective advertising and promotion agencies, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, as well as members of their immediate families and households (including children, spouses and siblings and/or persons living in the same households as such persons, whether related or not) are not eligible. The Contest is void wherever prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: ALL TAXES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

6. NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by email using the address provided during the registration process at the POD For You forum. Winners will also be posted on the PODForYou.com Web site on or about April 6, 2008.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Winners may forfeit prize if Kayecee, LLC is unable to contact him or her within 7 days of first attempted notification. Any prize/prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winners may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity/Liability Release within seven (7) days following attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Kayecee, LLC is not responsible for prize fulfillment. All prizes are offered by third party companies. The prize is awarded without warranty of any kind from Kayecee, LLC, express or implied, without limitation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Kayecee, LLC, the company awarding the prize, and their agencies to use winners’ name, likeness and entries for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, winners agree to hold Kayecee, LLC, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Contest. Kayecee, LLC is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the prizes. Kayecee, LLC is not responsible if prizes cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism.

8. INTERNET: Kayecee, LLC is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Kayecee, LLC or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Kayecee, LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Kayecee, LLC reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Kayecee, LLC further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Caution: Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Kayecee, LLC reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent of the law.

NO RECOURSE TO JUDICIAL OR OTHER PROCEDURES: To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Contest are hereby excluded, and any entrant expressly waives any and all such rights. Entrants agree that these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States.

10. ADDITIONAL RULES: By entering the Contest, Participants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Rules, or the Contest itself, and agree to be bound by these Rules, the Terms of Service of POD For You and by all decisions of Kayecee, LLC, which are binding and final on all matters pertaining to this contest. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this Contest. In the event of any unanticipated occurrence that was not fully addressed by the Rules, Kayecee, LLC may modify the Rules to address such occurrence. Any changes to the Rules will be posted on the Site.

In order to claim the prize and open a CafePress shop, winner will be required to supply CafePress with personal information which may include, but not be limited to: his/her legal name, mailing address, birth date and social security number. Winner is responsible for obtaining his/her own internet access, computer, graphics program or other materials necessary for running an online shop with CafePress. Neither Kayecee, LLC or CafePress is required to supply anything other than the Grand Prize offered.
